Our client is a leading FMCG/Manufacturing company who have built an enviable reputation for their specialist product. Due to exciting growth plans there is now a new opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the HR team.

You will help ensure that the HR Department is able to manage employee relations matters efficiently and effectively. You will manage casework and projects relating to a wide variety of issues including discipline, grievance, absence and capability.

Key responsibilities:

Promote a good culture of HR activities within the organisation by maintaining high visibility and continued relationship-building
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on employment law and legislative changes
Act as case manager across all ER activity and ensure all written representations are clear and accurate
Identify solutions to challenging ER issues and present potential options and ways forward for consideration
Support with coaching and mentoring activities where appropriate
Actively support managers for cases presented to Employment Tribunal?
?As the ideal candidate you will be experienced in:

CIPD qualified or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of ER case work
Strong IT skills
Driving licence
