Position: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Wimborne
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Commission
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus one Saturday a month

Your Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
Conduct property viewings and inspections
Negotiate rental agreements
Manage the rental process from start to finish
Keep up-to-date with market trends and property regulations
