Natalie Brian MIRP | DirectorNatalie is a Director here at Jigsaw who has built an enviable reputation working for leading international recruitment brands. Natalie’s career in the finance and commercial recruitment sectors has spanned over a 14-year period. She is equally at home managing the next rising recruitment star as she is keeping her finger on the pulse and taking on all your junior, senior and executive commercial recruitment needs.
When not recruiting Natalie enjoys going to the gym, keeping her husband and co-director Robin in check and being a mum to their two children.

Robin Brian MIRP | Director
Robin first started in recruitment in 2002 servicing the hospitality industry sector. This was a baptism of fire and started his love and passion of the recruitment industry. Robin soon moved on to recruiting in the professional services sectors and in 2006 became an established HR recruiter. Robin is now highly regarded as one of the South’s leading specialist recruiters and prides himself on a client base ranging from small independent companies to international blue chip organisations.
When finding time away from the office Robin can be found enjoying time with his wife Natalie, son Henry and daughter Bethany. He is also an ageing and somewhat unfit footballer who still thinks there is time for a playing comeback for his beloved AFC Bournemouth!

Jules Astrup | Social Media & Marketing Expert
With 15 years in journalism under her belt, including a stint as a senior reporter on the Bournemouth Daily Echo, Juliette became a freelancer in September 2016 and hasn’t looked back. After joining the Jigsaw team in April 2017 she became our go-to gal for captivating content and punchy prose across our website and social media platforms.
When not writing Juliette is a busy mum of two, keen baker of cakes, terrible gardener, and huge fan of libraries.
