Permanent contract * Hybrid role (four days in the office, one day from home)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expense and Credit Card Claims: Oversee and process expense and credit card claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • VAT Treatment: Assist in managing VAT treatment for financial transactions.
  • Outgoing Payments: Reconcile outgoing payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Transaction Processing: Collaborate with our transaction processing team to ensure the smooth flow of financial operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in expense and accounting roles.
  • Pre-qualified AAT or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to maintaining discretion and client privacy at all times.
