Administrator – Blandford – £28k (FTE) – Part time (30 hours per week) – Job Filled

Our client is a well-established and respected charity dedicated to providing comfortable and supportive housing. They are truly committed to improving the lives of their residents and maintaining a long-standing tradition of compassionate care. This is a rare, permanent, part time opportunity of around 30 hours per week. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the charity, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care and assistance. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, record-keeping, and providing essential support to our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of resident information, including applications, tenancies, and contact details.
  • Assist with resident inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and documents as required.
  • Support the charity’s staff in various administrative tasks, including organising meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Trustees and committees, providing administrative support for meetings and activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports.
  • Coordinate with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
