Our client, a highly successful brand management company, have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accounting Controller to lead their finance function. This is an integral role that is responsible for the management and control of the Management Accounting function – people, processes, and systems along with Banking, Control, Tax and Audit responsibilities. Key outputs will be the production of Monthly Management accounts to set deadlines, payment approvals and audit deadlines
The role holder will be expected to deputise for the Group Accounting Director on occasions and will work closely with the CFO, Group Accounting Director, the Finance Business Partners, and other leaders around the business. You will have 3 direct reports, all within management accounts.
As the ideal candidate you will be appropriately qualified (ACA/CA, ACCA, CIMA) and have a good understanding of Financial Statements (Trial Balances, debits and credits).
