Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their established team.
The role will involve:
- Providing comprehensive HR services, coordinate recruitment processes, and be the first point of contact for all HR queries.
- You’ll handle general administration tasks, maintain personnel files, and ensure HR policies are followed.
- Supporting line managers with HR matters and assist in formal meetings.
- Taking charge of recruitment administration, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Maintaining accurate HR databases and generate reports.
- Acknowledging resignations, conducting exit interviews, and assisting in implementing new projects.
