HR Advisor – Job Filled

Jigsaw Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be partnering a leading, local charity in the recruitment of a HR Advisor. You will be joining a small, friendly HR team supporting staff on HR policies and procedures. You will also support in the areas of recruitment, ensuring both managers and candidates are supported throughout the hiring process.

Other key duties will include:-

• Managing the HR system ensuring records are kept up to date
• Ensuring ad-hoc HR reports are produced in a timely manner
• Advise managers on discipline, grievance and capability procedures
• Manage requests for maternity & paternity leave and flexible working
• Assist with Absence Management and advising managers accordingly

This is a full time, permanent opportunity that offers 1 day per week working from home along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
