Our client, an established family run business with an excellent reputation, are currently recruiting a part time HR Advisor on a 1-year fixed term contract. Responsibilities: As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the employees and management team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate and deliver training sessions on HR-related topics.
- HR Administration: Manage HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and policies. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work culture by organising employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
