Contract: Fixed Term (9-12 months, maternity cover)
Salary: £41,732 p/a + benefits
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Role (3 days on site, 2 days from home)

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role, leveraging your previous experience in a similar HRBP role. Your proven expertise in Employee Relations, Resourcing, Employment, and Performance Management will contribute to the success of our HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake HR generalist responsibilities covering the full employment cycle.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to line managers and staff.
  • Effectively manage employee relations cases.
  • Contribute to HR areas such as Recruitment, Performance, Reward, and Development.
  • Produce professional HR reports and delegate responsibilities for managing HR project budgets and tasks to the operational team.
  • Provide coaching and support.

Role Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or significant experience in HR Management.
  • Previous experience as an HRBP and generalist, preferably in the educational sector.
  • Experience in coaching through complex HR policy, process, and practice.
  • Proven leadership in HR projects.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Self-motivation and strong people skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
