As exciting new opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join our client, an award winning, multi-site business with a long-standing reputation for excellence in their field. As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for delivering a range of HR strategies and policies within your designated customer group. This will involve working collaboratively with the leadership team and your fellow HR colleagues to shape and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs of the business. You will advise, guide and support colleagues and managers by providing high level people management and development support across designated business areas; whilst being comfortable offering advice and influence to all levels of seniority. You will have a solid understanding of UK Employment Law and be able to understand, analyse and present key HR performance metrics.
