HR Business Partner – £40k – £45k + bonus + car (or allowance)

As exciting new opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join our client, an award winning, multi-site business with a long-standing reputation for excellence in their field. As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for delivering a range of HR strategies and policies within your designated customer group. This will involve working collaboratively with the leadership team and your fellow HR colleagues to shape and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs of the business. You will advise, guide and support colleagues and managers by providing high level people management and development support across designated business areas; whilst being comfortable offering advice and influence to all levels of seniority. You will have a solid understanding of UK Employment Law and be able to understand, analyse and present key HR performance metrics.

Key duties will include: –

  • Lead on HR projects, taking ownership, management and delivery of key business initiatives from end to end.
  • Lead on the delivery of the People Plan, including engagement, retention, D&I and people development.
  • Coach, guide and challenge key stakeholders to ensure the company values are successfully embedded to enhance and improve a positive working culture.
  • Lead and deliver the relevant change projects and initiatives for your business area ensuring complex projects hold the required stakeholder engagement.
  • Support and advise managers in all areas of Employee Relations covering the full range of issues including performance management, absence management, capability, disciplinary and grievance cases.
