HR Officer – Bournemouth – £27.5k to £32k – Permanent

Our client, a leading local education provider are seeking a HR Officer to help administer HR policies and process at their site in Bournemouth. The position will involve managing a small administration team, whilst also being responsible for recruitment processes and procedures. You will report into a HR Business Partner and work as part of a wider HR team, who are based across multiple sites.

As the ideal candidate you will: –

  • Have a solid understanding of HR policies and processes
  • Be comfortable managing a small team
  • Be able to prioritise your work and communicate work flow effectively to team members
  • Have a good understanding of Word and Excel and be comfortable working on HR Information systems
