We are delighted to be working with this education facility who are looking to recruit an HR Systems Coordinator. Responsibilities include:
• Provide comprehensive HR System for staff
• Systems Administrator for their HR System, providing a professional HR related systems service through the provision of specialist advice, user support, systems development and responsibility for the production of employee data and analysis utilising the database report tool, Business Objects.
• Responsible for maintaining the HR System and supporting users across the company, including providing systems training and future systems development.
• To work with HR Team in developing HR administrative and database systems.
• To produce HR reports, statistics and work on projects as required in order to meet HR strategic objectives.
• Proven experience of using HR management information systems
• Experience of reporting on and analysing HR management information
• Experience of understanding and relaying complex system related issues in a simple and easy to understand manner
• Experience of reviewing release notes for upgrades and producing test scripts
• Experience administrating HR databases
• Proven experience if delivering fantastic customer service
