What You’ll Do
As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with the Projects, Production, Quality Teams, and Manufacturing Department.
Your daily tasks will include:
Leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
Ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects.
Driving product quality and process improvements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
The perfect candidate will have:
Mechanical Engineering Degree qualification or experience
Understanding of modern manufacturing methods within CNC engineering and electronics environment
Engineering software: 2D and 3D, CAD, FEA, MS, to name a few
Ability to prioritise, time management skills, organisational skills and overall people skilled person with positive approach.
