Operations Manager – Job Filled

Our client, a luxury holiday rental company are seeking a Facilities Manager to join their small, friendly team. In the role of Facilities Manager you will be managing all areas on housekeeping and property maintenance on a portfolio of luxury holiday homes. You will be liaising with many external suppliers all all aspects of maintenance in preparation for guest bookings, working to tight deadlines, whilst being the central point for communication ensuring sure work is completed on time and with a high standard finish.

Key responsibilities will include:-

  • Working with external cleaning contractors, ensuring an elite service across the portfolio of luxury homes.
  • Managing the housekeeping schedules.
  • Manage linen suppliers and stock.
  • Creating monthly statements for all operational and maintenance costings.
  • Travelling to multiple sites as and when required (mainly Poole based).
  • Create processes for housekeeping check lists, linen process and maintenance schedules reactive and proactive.
  • Ensuring both guests and owners are communicated with in an efficient and timely manner, resolving any queries and issues where appropriate.
  • Recruiting seasonal workers for laundry, housekeeping and maintenance during the peak season
