Our client, a well-established third sector organisation with sites across the South are looking to recruit a Programme Manager in this newly created role. A key part of this position will be assisting all programmes and projects relating to recent and upcoming mergers and acquisitions.
Your experience will enable you to deliver seamless outcomes, taking our client from post purchase to successful integration. The position will lead on a diverse range of operational integration projects and will look to ensure they are delivered in a timely and compliant way. Your experience will enable you to provide high quality project coordination for multiple integration workstreams. You will be juggling balls, but this role will really play to your strengths and you’ll quickly build strong working relationships to support with the outcomes you need to achieve.
As the ideal candidate you will have experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, managing stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and achieving positive outcomes. You will have a logical approach, your record keeping, project planning and risk management will be detailed and you’ll keep the Assistant Director and wider project teams up to date with key milestones and decisions made.
This position will cover operating sites across the South including Hampshire, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
