Recruitment Partner – Up to £25k + bonus

Jigsaw Specialist Recruitment is an independent, specialist recruitment agency based in Broadstone. We are a small, friendly and successful team who are looking to expand, which has resulted in an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Partner to join our team.

We specialise in Professional Services and recruit for a variety of business’s in terms of size and industry sector. Since founding the business in 2016, we have built an extensive client base that we are continually evolving. We have a team that work hard; however, we also find time to have fun as we understand the importance of enjoying where you work and having a life outside of work!

What are we looking for …?
We are looking for someone that shares our ethos and is passionate about delivering results and providing a good service. You will have some experience in a Recruitment Environment.

Your role will involve:

• Working collaboratively with our existing and new clients in order to fill their vacancies.
• Building relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.
• Advertise vacancies and screen applicants.
• Gaining compliance and references.
• Interview and assess applicants prior to placing in job roles.
