Sales Ledger – c£24k – Permanent – Job Filled

Due to internal promotion an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join this friendly, dynamic finance team. Working as a sales ledger specialist you will process sales ledger transactions and administration, updating and supporting the Accounts Supervisor where appropriate.

Key responsibilities will include:-

  • Managing sales ledger transactions including sales invoicing, assisting direct debit administration & collection, receipt processing, credit control and standing data administration.
  • Administering customer accounts
  • Support month-end procedures as required by the Accounts Supervisor.
  • Assist with the preparation of account reconciliations and investigation & resolution of old or un-reconciled items.
