Sales Ledger (temporary) – £12 to £13 p/h – Poole

Our client, a long standing service provider with an established reputation have an ongoing, exciting opportunity for a temporary Accounts Assistant. Working as a sales ledger specialist you will process sales ledger transactions and administration, updating and supporting the Accounts Supervisor where appropriate.

Key responsibilities will include:-

  • Managing sales ledger transactions including sales invoicing, assisting direct debit administration & collection, receipt processing, credit control and standing data administration.
  • Administering customer accounts
  • Support month-end procedures as required by the Accounts Supervisor.
  • Assist with the preparation of account reconciliations and investigation & resolution of old or un-reconciled items.
